Regular tanker Bro Developer arrived from Milford Haven on 15th and returned there on 16th.  Phantom arrived from Gdansk she discharged and then sailed on 19th for Avonmouth (both movements missed, so no photo)  UPDATE:  Photograph of Phantom now added (below)
