CARDIFF - Weds 15th June 2011

2 University research ships in dock today, they appear to have been on an official visit - there was a reception taking place on the after deck of Prince Madog - probably something to do with University of Wales.

This smaller research vessel owned and operated by University of Wales Swansea was berthed near the Pierhead building in Cardiff Bay (a much cheaper  berth than in the Roath Basin!)

Another one of Peter Dohle Schiffahrts-KG ships - Celina arrived from Ijmuiden with a cargo of steel products.  Seen here discharging on Ryans Wharf.  She sailed on the 17th anchoring off Minehead, on 21st she proceeded to Portland.
