BARRY - Mon March 4th 2013

It has been 3 months since the last 'new' arrival at Barry, in that time there have been about 6 arrivals each month - here is a list of them:
Eships Quest  on 9th & 22nd December -  3rd, 16th & 22nd January -  12th & 23rd February
Stolt Egret  on 11th December (from/to Rotterdam) and 2nd January (from Rouen to Antwerp)
Stolt Dipper on 14th December (from Cork to Antwerp) and 27th February (from Dublin to Antwerp)
Stolt Pelican on 27th December (from Stanlow to Antwerp)
Stolt Kite on 12th January (from Londonderry to Antwerp) and 7th February (from Rochefort to Rotterdam)
Stolt Kestrel on 24th January (from La Rochelle to Antwerp)
Stolt Razorbill on  12th February (from Stanlow to Antwerp)
Stolt Shearwater on 21st February  (from Stanlow to Antwerp)
On 13th January the dredger UKD Orca arrived from Port Talbot to carry out dredging of the dock entrance. She was joined on 17th January by UKD Sealion which came in from Newport.  Both sailed on 21st January - Orca to Swansea, Sealion to Cardiff.

On the 4th, the tug MTS Vengeance arrived from Falmouth, she didn't stay for long, returning to Brixham, so I didn't manage to get a photograph.  Her purpose for coming to Barry was towing the jackup crane barge .................

Fugro Seacores Deep Diver 1 - a jack-up crane barge equipped with a 180T Kobelco CKE 1800 pedestal crane.  Pictured in the No 3 Basin. I don't know what work she is engaged in, there was no activity on the 2 occasions I went to have a look.  UPDATE, another picture below shows her departing for Blue Anchor Bay where she carried out some work.
